With over 40 years of experience and expertise in the field of oleochemicals and an annual manufacturing capacity of over 50,000 metric tonnes per annum of Fatty Alcohol, Fatty acid and Glycerin, VVF stands as one of the largest manufacturers of oleochemicals in the world.

In the 1970s, we started producing basic oleochemicals, and by 2000, we started exporting specialty fatty acids across the globe. By 2004, we reached a significant milestone by being the first to commission a fatty alcohol plant, using German Wax Ester Technology. This state-of-the-art plant located in Taloja, India, is the single largest fatty alcohol manufacturing facility in Asia, and produces a range of products from mid-cut alcohols such as Lauryl and Myristyl, to long chains such as Cetyl, Stearyl, Cetostearyl, and Behenyl. We are also one of only four companies across the globe that produces specialty alcohols such as Behenyl alcohol, widely used in cosmetics, and specialty fatty acids such as Erucic and Behenic acid used, in amides and amines. We also have a range of speciality products that cater to various industries.

We have a wide distribution and logistics network with bulk storage facilities situated in Europe and North America, and bagged inventory in five warehouses throughout North America, enabling us to retain our competitive edge while continuously meeting customer requirements.
